We set the goal with you, grounded in your real numbers. Then we stand behind the result.
How It Works
In your first 30 days, we build your Strategic Roadmap and set your 6-Month Goal together — agreed in writing, grounded in your historical numbers. That goal is locked.
Then the clock starts. Every advisory session, we build action steps toward hitting that goal. You execute the plan. We coach you through it. If you've done the work — completed all the prescribed action items — and haven't hit your goal by the end of month six, we keep coaching you at no additional charge until you do.
The Conditions
- Your goal was agreed in writing within the first 30 days, based on verified historical data, and was not revised downward.
- Every action item in your 180-Day Action Plan was completed within the documented timeframes.
- You attended your scheduled advisory sessions — missing more than one forfeits eligibility.
- You shared the business and financial data needed to set and track the goal, at onboarding and monthly throughout.
- All fees were paid in full and on time.
The Extension
If the conditions are met and the goal isn't reached, we continue working with you at no charge until you hit your 6-Month Goal, or for up to an additional 90 days, whichever comes first.
