The tool drops each decision into one of four categories automatically — Keep (high judgment, team not ready), Develop Toward (high judgment, but someone could grow into it), Eliminate (low judgment, shouldn't be a recurring decision at all), or Delegate Now (low judgment, team is ready) — and gives you the specific action for each. Then it counts your delegation backlog: how many decisions are ready to leave your plate this week.
